Beautiful hotel with excellent location. Shower pressure was weak, and Wi-Fi in the room barely worked.

My stay was marred by several issues. The room had weak shower pressure and the shower head was dirty with limescale buildup. Additionally, the Wi-Fi was practically nonexistent in my room, which was incredibly frustrating. Overall, the cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel did not meet my expectations.

The staff was excellent and super helpful, making my stay very enjoyable. The hotel is ideally located right in the heart of the city center, allowing easy access to attractions and local restaurants. The cleanliness and modernization of the facilities were also impressive, contributing to a comfortable working environment.

My Double Room was comfortable, with a hair dryer and a safe available. However, the room had some maintenance issues. The shower pressure was weak, and the shower head had significant limescale buildup. I noticed that basic amenities like towels and toiletries weren't consistently stocked during my stay. Also, the absence of a coffee maker in the room and the lack of take-away cups in the breakfast area were slightly frustrating. Despite these drawbacks, the hotel felt clean and newly remodeled, making it a lovely spot overall.

I stayed in a Double Room for 5 nights. The room was comfy, but some basics were off. The beds weren’t made as well as I expected. It was frustrating that towels and toiletries weren’t consistently stocked. The pool was nice, and the location was solid! But between the issues with the room setup and the lingering service problems, it kind of took away from the stay. I wish it had been better, especially since I was excited to return!

i had a wonderful stay with a comfortable room and friendly front desk staff, and you can't beat the convenience of being just a few steps from independence square and a short stroll to the beautiful parque general san martin, perfect for my weekend walks.
